Group Therapy: A Space to Sustain Progress
$150.00

Join a small, intentional group to maintain momentum and deepen connection after individual therapy.

Who it's for: Individuals who've completed individual therapy and want ongoing accountability, supportive community, and a space for reflective discussion and shared experience.

Format: Two evening sessions per month, Fall and Winter cycles, telehealth only. Limited to 5 members for an intimate, focused setting. Self-pay only (paid monthly).

What to expect: A consistent rhythm to maintain your gains without restarting the work. Each session blends brief check-ins with structured discussion on topics like coping strategies, transitions, relationships, emotion regulation, and relapse prevention, all in a professionally facilitated, confidential space.

Why it helps: Sustained therapeutic momentum, reduced isolation, real-time skill practice, and the kind of attention a small group makes possible, all from home in the evenings.

Enrollment: Spaces are limited to 5 per group and filled first-come, first-served. Contact to confirm current rates, schedule, and reserve your spot.

Individual Therapy
$125.00

I offer individual therapy with both insurance and self-pay options; please see my Psychology Today page for the most up-to-date information on which insurance plans I am currently accepting. My standard rate is $125 per session, and I also provide a sliding scale to increase accessibility for those who qualify. I work best with clients who are solution-focused and motivated to achieve the results they’ve been waiting for, and I tailor my approach to help you move efficiently toward your goals.

The Nourished Mind Program
Sale Price: $850.00 Original Price: $1,200.00

Most nutrition advice ignores the mind. Most mental health support ignores the plate. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Mental Health and Nutrition Clinical Specialist, I bring both together to help you build a calmer, more sustainable relationship with food, stress, and your body.

This is coaching, not therapy: structured, time-limited support for non-clinical goals like stress management, habit change, and life balance, not a substitute for clinical treatment. If therapeutic intervention seems more appropriate at any point, I'll refer you accordingly. The 8-week format gives us enough continuity and momentum to move from awareness to insight to lasting habits, so the changes actually stick.

“To keep the body in good health is a duty, otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear”
