For employers, HR teams and employee groups
Burnout often starts small: skipped meals, poor sleep, afternoon crashes and stress that follows people home. They leave with tools they can start using the same day.
Employees will learn to:
Recognize early signs of burnout in themselves
Steady their energy through the workday and avoid the afternoon crash
Understand stress eating and respond to it with care instead of guilt

For nonprofits, community mental health agencies, food pantries, shelters and peer support programs
Research increasingly shows that nutrition plays a role in mental health, including depression, anxiety, mood stability and energy. In this evidence-based workshop, participants learn how food, blood sugar, the gut-brain connection and sleep affect the mind, and how stress, mental illness and food insecurity can make eating well harder. The focus is on practical, affordable and culturally respectful steps that support, but never replace, mental health treatment.
Staff version (case managers, peer specialists, outreach workers, volunteers)
Participants will learn to:
Explain the basics of how nutrition and mental health affect each other
Spot when appetite changes, medication side effects or food insecurity may be affecting a client’s well-being
Talk with clients about food without judgment or diet language
Know when and where to refer clients for nutrition, medical or mental health support
Community version (the people the organization serves)
Participants will learn to:
